We are likely to recommend Comfortis® for flea control. Comfortis® is a palatable pill taken once a month. It is highly effective and starts working within four hours and is not effected by bathing and swimming. Alternatively we stock Stronghold if you prefer to use a spot on preparation. Stronghold is also effective against roundworms. For those dogs who get ticks we usually recommend Advantix® which is also highly effective flea treatment.
